there are some things to consider before joining.

  • writing. broken fairy tales is a writing rpg. if you don't enjoy writing, then don't bother joining.
  • time and dedication. we require you to post at least once a week--more is always smiled upon. do you really want to spend that much time in an rpg? if not, then this is not the rpg for you.
  • know your facts. take advantage of the about section. that section of the site encompasses almost anything you'd ever need to know about joining, including a list of taken fairy tales in the cheat sheet section. please check here before you email gena any questions!
  • we grade our profiles very strictly. if you want an rpg where there is a short requirement and low expectations for profiles, this is not the rpg for you. to get an idea where our expectations lie, look at the characters section. those people were good enough to get in, so using them as a guideline couldn't hurt you.
